Responsibilities

Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and approvals based on business requirements.

Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and security settings within Salesforce.

Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor KPIs and provide insights.

Ensure data integrity and quality through regular maintenance and resolution of data issues.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business goals.

Stay informed about Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to recommend system improvements.

Provide training and support to Salesforce users.

Evaluate and recommend AppExchange apps and integrations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201, ADM211) required; additional certifications like Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or Platform App Builder preferred.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong knowledge of Salesforce.com functionality and best practices.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data model, and security model.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
