Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic direction of key strategic programs and initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, aligning them with organizational goals.

Partner with senior leadership to establish program priorities, allocate resources, and manage dependencies across projects, leveraging tools such as Jira for project tracking.

Establish and maintain governance structures, processes, and metrics to ensure effective agile program management and oversight.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging AI for automation and collaboration to enhance program delivery capabilities and drive operational excellence.

Oversee release management processes, ensuring smooth and timely product releases in coordination with development and operations teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on Agile program strategy and execution.

Mentor and coach junior program managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Assist in understanding the product development lifecycle and help establish best practices for the product team.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards, ensuring that products meet defined quality criteria.

Assist in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-impact Agile programs in a dynamic environment.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure, AI, and Github.

Deep technical knowledge to best support our engineering team

Experience in release management and risk management.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
