Responsibilities

Support marketing and communications activities for ZERO TO THREE’s products, services, trainings, membership and events
Lead omnichannel content creation including technical and creative writing for email, web, print, and digital ads
Create and execute dynamic, data-driven, segmented email campaigns
Plan and implement website content marketing strategy
Responsible for day-to-day content updates and website maintenance with a focus on optimizing SEO/SEM and user experience
Develop paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and communications team
Serve as primary point of contact for related vendors and agencies
Proactively stay abreast of trends
Travel 2-3 times per year for events, retreats and in-person meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a proven track record managing engaging and effective integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, a robust CRM or marketing automation software such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketing Cloud
Content creation and publications experience (digital, video and/or print)
Proficiency with Google marketing products including AdWords, Analytics and Search Console
Strong project management skills: attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, time management skills and consistent follow-through
Experience collaborating across teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed
Team player with superb communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising or related field

Preferred

Experience in early education, nonprofits, agencies, or associations
Spanish fluency
