Required

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Process Engineering or other manufacturing-related degree preferred

Experienced in troubleshooting injection molding machines which requires thorough knowledge in tooling, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

Possess a detailed and methodical approach to problem solving

Ability to work with associates at all levels including directors, managers, engineers, machine operators, quality technicians, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, partners, the public and external agencies

Knowledge of rubber molding

Have at least 5 years of experience in injection molding

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Well organized with excellent administrative skills

Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide analysis to solve problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently with only general direction from leadership

At least 2-5 years of U.S. based experience

Maintain the highest quality work to continuously ensure customer satisfaction

Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to work with injection molding machines up to 400 tons clamping force

Ability to lifting to up 50 pounds and physical tasks associate with heavy equipment, machinery, and production materials including operating forklifts

Preferred

Process engineering: 2-5 years

Manufacturing: 2-5 years

Complete undergraduate degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering

Previous experience in quality or business process engineering

Previous experience working with CAD and AutoCAD

Safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes provided for the job.

Currently 4 – 10-hour production days Mon – Thurs, with half day on Friday, Saturday-Sunday off. Weekend support sometimes needed.

Ability to lifting to up 50 pounds and physical tasks associate with heavy equipment, machinery, and production materials including operating forklifts

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer / supplier meetings or industry conferences
