Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; assist teams in researching, understanding, acquiring, and properly utilizing data assets
Cleanse, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency; develop and maintain data flow diagrams, data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations; conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to answer specific business questions
Identify data quality issues and work with data owners to resolve them; perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights
Present findings and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis; improve data analysis processes and techniques continuously

Required

Minimum five years of recent experience in data analysis or related role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science is preferred
Proficiency in data preparation, analysis tools and programming languages, such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, or Excel; solid analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team environment; great business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
