Responsibilities

Build key analyses, dashboards, and reports to help the Search Relevance team understand the impact of weblabs.

Collaborate with various teams to understand the levers that drive the search experience.

Explain movements in key business and customer metrics in business reviews.

Work with stakeholders to construct use cases and standardized outputs.

Manage project timeline and deliverables, communicate roadblocks, and propose solutions.

Build ML models, metrics, and tools, run experiments, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required

5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience

4+ years of data scientist experience

Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression

Experience working with scientists, economists, software developers, or product managers

Preferred

2+ years of data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. experience

Experience managing data pipelines

Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
