Responsibilities

The Solution Developer Intern works on Acxiom and third-party software to help address client challenges and needed solution changes.

In this internship, you will gain new, and use existing, technical and data processing knowledge to tackle marketing and data warehousing needs for our clients' solutions.

You may configure or tune software, work on automation processes, develop custom application code to accommodate defined requirements, or collaborate with others to add extensions to existing Acxiom software.

You may also provide new development, ongoing maintenance, and support and optimization of solutions for the account teams you are supporting.

You will have opportunities to practice and enhance career-critical skills around teamwork, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Required

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong SQL skills and Unix Shell skills

Problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities

Effective communication

Interest in learning about the Marketing Technology industry

Preferred

Minimum 3.5 GPA

Advanced knowledge of SQL / PL –SQL

Knowledge of Relational Database Principles; Oracle or other DBMS

Working Knowledge (Understanding of Syntax) of the following: Perl, Shell Scripting, Java, UNIX/LINUX
