Responsibilities
Lead the technical requirements development effort.
Define and develop business requirements and functional specifications for enhancing an existing system by the agile methodology.
Conduct data feasibility studies of existing systems and integration analysis with existing enterprise applications.
Act as the primary liaison between the technology team and business users, managing and supporting the expectations of product owners.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of end user training.
Work with helpdesk operations to establish and implement support procedures.
Facilitate change management activities between the project team and IT service groups, participating in all phases of the project life cycle with an emphasis on business requirements from development to the rollout of enterprise applications.
Work closely with the MassHIway team to manage phase II and onboard CBHI clinical providers for integration with the Massachusetts Health Information Exchange (HIE).

Required
Expert knowledge of systems and business analysis/design concepts.
Familiarity with the Unified Process and/or Agile process.
Self-motivated, well-organized, with strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition.
Effective utilization of MS Office tools including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
Thorough understanding of relational databases and data models.
5+ years of experience in business analysis.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
