Responsibilities

Execute processes to ensure goods comply with standards upon arrival at Ralph Lauren points.

Validate in-transit goods for ASN Compliance and resolve exceptions through communication.

Maintain and update Supply Chain Compliance Guides.

Develop relationships with production partners and vendors to uphold Supply Chain standards.

Support Vendor Onboarding education and training on compliance policies.

Identify, research, and resolve non-compliance issues.

Provide recommendations for new compliance programs to enhance customer experience.

Manage Expense Offset process, analyze vendor infractions, and respond to compliance inquiries.

Communicate non-compliance performance to drive improved results.

Lead and execute projects as assigned.

Required

Previous experience in Vendor Compliance, Quality Control, Global Sourcing a plus.

Experience in operations research, information systems, industrial engineering, logistics, business with some supply chain experience (or equivalent)

Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong decision making and follow up skills.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, be able to communicate

Extreme attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.

Must demonstrate intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Access

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point

Able to work in a team environment.
