Responsibilities

Create, update, and analyze financial reports and dashboards on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Produce required reporting packages for management, creditors, and partners

Develop ad-hoc analytical reports based on business needs

Analyze monthly commission processes and assist with sales inquiries

Design, build, and maintain custom reports and KPIs within the ERP system

Assist in developing the annual budget and product profitability reports

Track costs, create territory profitability reports, and analyze acquisition opportunities

Build financial models and what-if scenario models for strategic decision-making

Examine current business practices and recommend improvements

Manage projects from inception to completion and communicate with team members

Required

Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance or accounting, (MBA is a plus)

Minimum of four years of experience in a role in finance, accounting, business analytics, corporate reporting, etc.

Excellent organizational, customer service, and technical skills (Excel, NetSuite, BI tools, Office suite, etc.)

Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Driven to deliver results by following through and meeting deadlines

Sound analytical skills even in the absence of complete information. Must be able to rely on a mixture of data, experience, and judgement when making decisions

Great written and verbal communication skills
