Required

Product designer with 5+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments.

Strong UX foundations are a must, while UI design skills and previous experience in Web3 projects are nice to have.

Designing complex end-to-end experiences with the ability to define the product foundation and architecture based on understanding user's needs, using appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a specific user flow or interaction will work.

Running qualitative and quantitative research cycles with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of user insights to translate them into design requirements and/or iterations.

Working with design systems with a good understanding of componentization, responsive design best practices, accessibility, as well as typography, colour patterns, and iconography and how these elements impact product function.

Strategic product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company

Showcasing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly articulating the goals and concepts while articulating the end-to-end design process across multiple projects.
