Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements and write test cases for Windows and web-based applications
Identify, reproduce and document bugs uncovered during testing
Write/update existing test cases and automated testing tools
Develop and maintain testing process standards
Draft user guide documentation for new applications
Work closely with the Business Analysts to define test scenarios
Aid team by setting testing estimates and creating thorough test plans
Work closely with the manager to evaluate testing needs and testing priority

Required
3 years software testing or equivalent combination of experience & education
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; basic SQL preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Excellent verbal, written and professional interpersonal skills
The willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Performs well with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
