(ARA) is seeking a Senior Radar Processing Engineer to collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to design and implement advanced radar processing algorithms. The role involves supporting business development activities and enhancing radar signal processing algorithms, particularly in the context of electronic warfare applications.

Responsibilities

Support business development activities including but not limited to developing or providing inputs for responses to RFPs, RFIs, etc

Implement or enhance radar signal process software algorithms including but not limited to synthetic aperture radar (SAR), optimal waveform design, MIMO signal design and analysis, EM spectrum (EMS) management, Electronic Warfare techniques (jamming, LPI/LPD, Camouflage, Concealment & Deception)

Create compressed RCS return representations for real-time processing, using scattering center approaches or other state-of-the-art methods

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to advance automatic target recognition (ATR) algorithms
