Responsibilities
Hold Administrator rights to HCA’s legal panel vendor, matter management and billing platform, providing customer support aiding in access rights, system functionality, training, troubleshooting and future development
Conduct day-to-day review/audit of legal vendor invoicing
Aid in production and presentation of legal vendor evaluation scorecards
Aid in assessment of legal vendor rates
Aid in implementation, communication and enforcement of legal vendor guidelines
Create various reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business owner and team objectives using business intelligence platforms, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Accurately interpret business requirements and translate into actionable data visualizations
Effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity in the creation of reports, scorecards, dashboards, etc.
Conduct high level analysis of metadata to identify areas of opportunity for performance improvement associated with initiatives, key indicators, metrics, measures, or outcomes within the enterprise.
Create and prepare presentations or reports to be presented to the Risk & Insurance leadership team.
Collaborate with other internal team members and cross-functional business partners to develop additional reporting capabilities.

Required
Expertise in business intelligence platforms, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc. is required
Proficient in (SQL) is required
Expert skill in Excel is required
Possesses strong organizational and process analysis skills is required
Excellent presentation and communication skills [verbal and written] are essential
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects within deadlines
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in in Computer Technology is preferred
3+ years of experience in business intelligence platforms, such as Microsoft Power BI and/or other, similar IT platform Administration is preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare is preferred
