Responsibilities

Tell stories through the creation of PowerPoint decks and written communications.

Organize engaging town halls, external speaker presentations, and shared learnings.

Collaborate with executives to deliver leadership updates for each area of the business.

Prioritize requests for the team and manage HR related tasks.

Inspire operational excellence and encourage performance mindset.

Foster an atmosphere of trust, value, and openness.

Manage initiatives that affect multiple areas of the team.

Assist in the screening process of new hires and build a talented marketing team.

Identify issues that could impact commitments and lead special projects.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Creative spectrum

3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field

Experience driving projects from conception to completion

Preferred

Preferred bachelor's degree and/or 5 years or more experience in the field

Certification may be required
