Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors
Analyze market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to inform product positioning and strategy
Develop clear and compelling product positioning that highlights unique selling points and benefits of lenses and eyewear products
Create and refine product messaging across various marketing channels
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating efforts across teams
Manage Retention Marketing Specialist, launch effective email/SMS campaigns, and implement customer engagement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and address customer inquiries
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to product sales and marketing campaigns
Manage PR and media placement efforts to secure product reviews and articles
Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand reputation in the market

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment
3+ years of experience developing and launching GTM strategies and digital marketing campaigns for an e-commerce company
2+ years experience managing junior team members, with the ability to comfortably conduct effective performance reviews
