Responsibilities

Utilize 8+ years of hands-on experience in a System Analyst role for wealth management, trading, banking, and capital markets industry.

Demonstrate leadership by leading multiple team initiatives, with a focus on RDBMS skills for querying and data analysis.

Understand distributed systems and API-based architectures, including REST APIs and messaging integration concepts.

Organize and motivate teams to deliver technology solutions that exceed business expectations.

Define and communicate strategy and vision across the organization, influencing partners effectively.

Adapt quickly to dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Implement CI/CD/DevOps practices and lean methodologies.

Required

Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of experience

8+ years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry

6+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously

Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis

Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.

Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results

Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations

Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential

Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & strong verbal and written communications skills

Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
