Responsibilities
Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, order materials, operate within budget, and coordinate schedules and installs with vendors
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budgeted scope
Present information and communicate technical findings to managers, clients, and customers
Master project coordinating and problem-solving using good judgment and forecasting
Follow administrative procedures for project management
Monitor and review projects to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met
Monitor submittals and track job materials
Determine innovative solutions to problems in job execution
Maintain job files, gather information for accurate project completion and billing
Work with strategic partners and internal service team to establish and adhere to service level agreements
Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required
High attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Mechanically minded or inclined
Ability to work well both independently and as a team player
Construction Management Degree or Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub-contractor, or property management firm preferred
Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
