Responsibilities
Collaborate with global clients to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Employ basic Excel and PowerPoint skills to create reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams across a matrixed organization.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional customer-facing skills.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Utilize Python and R for advanced data analysis and modeling (nice to have).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our business intelligence capabilities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL is a must.
Strong proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data.
Preferred
Experience with Python and R is a plus.
