Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support marketing strategy and create effective product marketing campaigns.
Manage product line towards corporate strategy: Manage the product life cycle by analyzing the current portfolio and end-of-life products.
Offer benchmarking against competition by completing competition analysis to position the company's value proposition, identify improvement opportunities, and identify portfolio gaps.
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams throughout the Division, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on products, applications, and usage.
Manage pricing, business rules, sales program, and warranties (Bids, National Accounts & Distributors).
Facilitate the bid process by gathering necessary information from cross-functional teams.
Create sales tools such as product spec sheets, product catalog updates, website input, and work instructions.
Support and facilitate the Front-End steps progression in the Product Development Process (PDP), linking Engineering and Commercial functions aligned with the company's strategy, and leading Voice of Customer initiatives.
Develop preliminary and final business cases supporting proprietary product development.
Analyze the market size and competitive landscape to stay informed about industry trends.
Provide customer support through Enviro onboarding/management and Sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to safeguard the well-being of staff and visitors.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager required
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and design principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
Strong analytical mindset and be able to think strategically about product development and market positioning
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in plastic injection manufacturing
Preferred
Experience in the plastic injection manufacturing industry is highly preferred
ERP experience (IFS advantageous but not essential)
Experience in a Private Equity (PE) environment is advantageous
Ability to travel as needed
