Responsibilities
Types, revises, edits, proofs, and prints correspondence, documents, and reports.
Handles routine and non-routine documents with confidentiality.
Establishes and maintains filing systems for the department.
Interacts with students, faculty, and the public to provide information on department programs.
Manages mail, answers calls, and takes messages.
Operates office equipment, aids in computer use, and maintains the calendar.
Maintains records for budget reports and prepares requisitions.
Communicates with staff to provide assistance and support.
Performs assigned site and position specific responsibilities.

Required
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Administrative support experience.
Ability to relocate to Sanford, FL before starting work.
Preferred
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in Office Systems Technology or related field.
