Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging and compelling email marketing campaigns
Write and maintain trip content and marketing copy across the website and annual brochure
Manage and expand our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Measure and report on the performance of email and social media campaigns
Create graphics for email marketing and social media campaigns
Manage and organize incoming and existing visual assets
Develop, manage and oversee brand asset toolboxes
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
Support other marketing functions as needed

Required
2-4 years’ experience in marketing (experience in travel marketing a plus) together with the potential and interest in learning
Solid knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with email marketing
Experience managing and tracking social media presence
A passion for copywriting and content creation with excellent editing skills
A strong eye for design and ability to create graphics for email and social media using either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively work in a small team environment
A love for active travel
Familiarity with iContact, MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
Experience with WordPress backend
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
