Responsibilities
Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ within and outside of Compassion.
Advocate for the needs of children and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making.
Create, build, and launch new products to market by understanding diverse needs and leading all aspects of initiatives.
Lead with vision and strategy through clear communication across disciplines and levels in the organization.
Work cross-functionally to execute product launches and resolve strategic issues.
Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to bring new concepts to life for evaluation.
Define and plan programs with speed, securing buy-in from stakeholders.
Lead a team to deliver world-class experiences to the market, championing best practices for product management and development.
Provide vision, direction, and oversight to set strategic objectives and goals.
Hire exceptional talent, coach and develop engineers, and manage team performance.
Build an inclusive environment that encourages training and development opportunities for team members.
Manage the annual budget and departmental expenses, ensuring on-time completion of deliverables.

Required
10+ years of product management experience
5+ years of managing multidisciplinary teams
10+ years of leading, planning, and delivering consumer software and/or hardware experiences to market
Strong passion for working backwards from the customer to create lovable products
Experience in inventing, building, launching, and running consumer products at large scale (millions of users)
Experience partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and teams in an Agile environment
