Responsibilities

Perform software development activities using established development practices; following design and coding standards, code reviews, code versioning, continuous builds, unit/integration testing, & deployments.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing software systems.

Assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for new development projects.

Investigate and resolve application functionality issues, provide first level support/troubleshooting of software systems.

Handle support inquiries, present technical information, and produce technical documentation for applications.
