Responsibilities

Manages product management efforts for a large-scale product group or product suite to deliver customer expectations and organizational objectives. This includes the development and management of product strategy, product definition and messaging, product KPIs, operational service metrics, shared commitments, and pricing strategy.

Liaise with product development senior professionals to continuously increase relevancy and value for complex products and/or product groups. Develops in-depth and dynamic customer understanding to guide rapid-cycle experimentation.

Manages the development of complex product initiatives including large-scale improvements of existing products, development of new products and product suites, and marketing of changes to the program.

Leads the enablement of customer-facing teams to successfully market products within a particular product group. This includes marketing strategy development, creation of marketing resources and tool kits to guide both on-going product marketing as well as the launch of product improvements and new product initiatives. Further manages the sharing of product marketing insights across customer-facing teams. Distill and propagate best practices.

Coaches and provides expertise, and may oversee the work of other professionals and support staff in the Product Management discipline.
