Responsibilities

Assist with developing and implementing a new content management system.

Collaborate with the creative agency to track and consolidate assets into the content management system.

Work closely with the Events Team to track and evaluate 2024 events.

Audit commercial products within the distribution syndication tool.

Support the Product Marketing Team with Sales Sheet and Copy Doc development.

Build product catalogs for carrier customers.

Contribute to content development for social media support.

Develop social content in conjunction with the social strategy team.

Assist in executing vertical marketing initiatives.

Assist in building out key stories for each vertical (Healthcare, Education, Transportation, etc.).

Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Required

Enrolled in an accredited university or college program at the undergraduate (preferably at the Junior level or higher) or graduate level or be a recent college graduate (within 1 year) required. Business, Marketing, Advertising & Journalism Majors preferred

Available to work up to 40 hr/week during the Summer Internship typical term of mid-July, - September 27th preferred

Remote or located near our Fort Collins, CO office. Unfortunately, relocation is not offered - housing and transportation are the intern's responsibility

Interns pursing Bachelor’s degree will be paid $18.00/Hr. and interns pursuing a Masters degree will be paid $20.00/hr. All interns are eligible for modified benefits, Paid Time Off, Volunteer-Time Off, and profit sharing.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is required.
