Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and operation of all building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, cabling, digital systems, and Audio/Visual services.

Supervise and manage engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and personal development.

Identify maintenance objectives and safety hazards, develop maintenance plans, and ensure safety compliance.

Assist in developing a Capital plan for infrastructure upgrades and building modifications.

Ensure major projects are properly planned and executed, maintain compliance documentation, and oversee contractors.

Keep records of building rounds, engineering logs, and data sheets, and provide training to contractors.

Review client service request summaries, evaluate vendors, verify deliveries, and monitor maintenance work quality.

Comply with safety policies, perform equipment checks, monitor inventory, and ensure proper operation of equipment.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
