Responsibilities
Gather understanding of business and product areas, along with relevant data for decision-making.
Provide recommendations and insight for defining products and identifying user needs.
Support the development and management of product roadmap.
Coordinate dependencies impacting product features.
Develop requirements documents for product features.
Make recommendations for product backlog prioritization.
Facilitate product development process and validate acceptance criteria.
Support product launches and develop launch plans.
Work with internal teams to identify and resolve feature-level user issues.
Assist in developing new metrics for feature and product success.
Monitor metrics and track performance trends.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing, or related field
Strong writing ability
Preferred
Master's Degree in a related field
1 year of experience in product design and/or product management
Experience in the Financial Services industry
Strong business and financial acumen
