Responsibilities
Support Influencer Marketing Manager + team to ensure database has up to date information
Think strategically about MINA’s products and target audience, developing a network of influencers that align with and add value to each collection
Keep a pulse on who we should be working with – make note of up-and-coming celebs/influencers and identify new partners to align with
Ensure team is adding to master influencer database daily, identifying and reaching out to 100+ new influencers per week
Keep a pulse on social and trend research – make note of trending topics, sounds, algorithm changes, and new updates to IG, FB, and Tik Tok.
Assist marketing manager with marketing reports, including data collection, and data analysis
Oversee social media channels and content calendar
Support brand's new product launches, activations, events, and campaigns
Assist with all campaign and studio photoshoots
Help lead content ideation and development across social platforms

Required
Currently in Jr. or Sr. year working toward a Bachelor’s Degree or working towards a Master's degree
Familiarity with Asana
Must be highly motivated and independent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be creative and solution-oriented
Team player and self-starter
