Responsibilities
Efficiently manage assigned workload.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project records and reports; input and manipulate data in applications and databases.
Schedule, manage and/or attend project-specific meetings.
Develop, prepare, and maintain various program-related reports, spreadsheets, logs, charts and/or databases.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
PE or RA preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Design/Construction field- ground up commercial construction experience in NYC.
Experience working on projects with a value in excess of $1Bill.
Must have the ability to be hands on and direct all facets of complex, large scale design/build projects.
In-depth knowledge of design build or program management for correctional facilities (prison, jail, or penitentiary) is preferred.
OSHA 30.
Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
Must be able to travel to the NYC boroughs as needed.
Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
Demonstrated management skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
