Responsibilities
Transform and prepare new and existing data sets for analytical models
Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Utilize statistical techniques to build predictive models and support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear manner
Ensure data quality and integrity through best practices
Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and fintech
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, (experience in fintech, financial services, or technology is a bonus)
Demonstratable experience delivering significant cross-functional benefits through analytical projects
Experience delivering value on projects with data of poor or unknown quality
Expert level proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale databases
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques
Comfortable transforming data to meet requirements for analytical models
Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience working in Microsoft ecosystem is a bonus
