Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for 5 executives.
Proactively manage the executives’ calendars, travel bookings, expenses, and other additional administrative tasks.
Provide administrative support to our Foundational team(s) as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, requiring coordination with executives, partners, and other members of the Executive Operations Team.
Maximize your executives' time by effectively managing their calendars effectively and providing quarterly analysis of how time was spent. Will work with the team’s EA lead to make suggestions on how to optimize time.
Work within our centralized Executive Operations team to provide coverage for other execs as needed, take on team based projects, and provide inputs and suggestions to enhance the team as a whole.
There likely will be overtime totaling 5 additional hours weekly.

Google SuiteTech Industry ExperienceProblem-SolvingTime ManagementCommunication

Required

2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role; ideally with both small and large scale technology companies.
The ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities and schedules.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
High School Diploma.
At least 2 yrs of administrative experience working in Tech.

Google Suite: 2 years (Required)
