Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans to ensure timely availability and effective utilization of resources for program delivery and cost milestones.
Conduct studies on cost control, inventory control, and production record systems.
Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods based on studies.
Update work instructions, provide performance metrics, and make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
Lead the documentation and deployment of best practices across sites.
Assist in the planning and design of facilities.
Provide capacity planning and staffing analysis to functional production teams.
Analyze existing operational processes, develop metrics, and reporting to optimize program and operational performance.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2+ years in Industrial Engineering
Strong Analytics Background
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
Must be precise & detail orientated
Preferred
Bilingual, a plus
