Responsibilities
Handling repricing adjustments.
Referring group exceptions.
Collaborating with claim department personnel to assess RRT referrals.
Processing RX refunds and conducting analysis.
Tracking and managing projects.
Updating accumulators and recalculating claims accordingly.
Performing other assigned duties.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years medical claims processing experience required
Applicant should be proficient in the use of the Excel and Word programs, have experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Access
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and by email
Preferred
Experience with the QicLink claims processing system preferred
