Responsibilities
Partnering with Product Management and Engineering to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects.
Responsible for direct interaction with stakeholders including eliciting comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions.
Translating business requirements to detail-level system specifications.
Delivering precise functional specifications including functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface definitions and design, and data mapping.
Engaging with Technical Architects and Developers on technical strategy and designs to meet the business needs.
Conducting gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
Working with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test desired functionality changes.
Demonstrating changes to the system to stakeholders to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed.
Developing training materials and providing training in one-on-one or classroom environment.
Managing multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
Recommend and institute BA best practice and methodology and tools.
Working within or across multiple project teams to ensure that blockers are resolved, and communication gaps are plugged quickly and efficiently.
Ensuring quality and completeness of the finished product by participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that acceptance criteria are met.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8-12 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and writing basic SQLs for analysis and data modeling
Preferred
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is a plus
