Responsibilities

Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms at scale to drive innovation in games.

Leverage data and provide insights to enhance the player experience at launch and beyond, working on multi-game projects.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (producers, designers, analysts, engineers) to integrate AI/ML solutions.

Utilize machine learning to build products or inform decisions that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data acquisition, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and deployment.

Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to drive continuous improvement in games.

Required

3+ years of data scientist experience

3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience

3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience

3+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
