Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, prioritize, implement, maintain, improve, and discontinue process capabilities.
Identify business requirements and system specifications, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
Validate feasibility of ideas, conduct design due diligence, and evaluate business value and risks.
Participate in all product testing phases, from unit to user acceptance testing on the IT front.
Ensure alignment of transformation with relevant enterprise-level initiatives.
Maintain/build stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate across teams.
Keep abreast of the latest process trends in demand forecasting and planning.
Estimate effort and schedules for major projects, driving the team to meet timelines while ensuring quality.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related field
6+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, P2P, and production order business processes and data solutions
Experience in requirements gathering, systems/business analysis, process mapping, solution acceptance testing, and deployment
Experience in designing and implementing data solutions for enterprise planning software solutions such as Blue Yonder ESP, IBP, or equivalent
Troubleshooting skills to find root causes and recommend and apply solutions
Experience in product backlog, feature definition, requirements analysis, functional design/specifications, solution delivery, testing, user training, TCM (transition change management)
Preferred
Experience in Supply planning in the Semiconductor or high-tech industry
Knowledge of Foundry planning processes
Experience in Supply Chain Analytics using Power BI reports or similar tools
Familiarity with Statistical or AI/ML algorithms
Practicing Agile methodologies
Experience in designing data solutions on Snowflake, Azure Databricks, or similar environments
