Required

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.

Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Understanding of TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar training frameworks. Familiarity with mixed precision training, distributed training, and TensorRT deployment.

Preferred

Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications

Internship experience or research experience, especially in e-commerce, multimodal/AIGC, including image and video understanding, generation.

Research in a specific area of computer vision/multimodality and publications at conferences such as KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, SIGIR, WSDM, CIKM, ICLR, ICML, IJCAI, AAAI.

Excellent communication skills, strong learning ability, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
