Responsibilities

Through seller interview and market studies, identify opportunities and potential improvements to help sellers manage their sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, providing high-efficient and seller-friendly product solutions.

Own product feature development from requirement identification to retrospective review to drive product efficiency and experience.

Facilitate internal communication and collaborate with operation, UX, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork.

Required

Ability to work in fast-pace and data-driving, executing several initiatives concurrently while balancing competing priorities.

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively, including Business, Operations, Platform governance, and Tech.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience as product manager in e-Commerce, with end-to-end product delivery of full-stack, back-end, infrastructure, or platform implementations, direct experience working on order tools or fulfillment tools is preferred
