Responsibilities

Co-create and develop strategic hypotheses to support research prioritization framework.

Define research strategy for problem solutioning or opportunity capture.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive insights and identify trends.

Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities.

Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Support project management plan development for delivering insights across the organization.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for marketing insights socialization.

Required

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management and insights development experience

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)

Strong project management experience

Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.S.) is preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal, collaboration and influence abilities - design thinking skill set a plus!

Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
