Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product manager on the product roadmap priorities and product design, taking into consideration customers’, end users’, and internal stakeholders’ inputs and needs.

Maintain a pulse on customers through observations and interviews to understand their motivations, pain points, goals, and objectives.

Communicate with customers to gather feedback on features and problems to solve, and ensure the prioritization of improvements.

Prioritize and negotiate to build the best set of features that provide value.

Write and visualize requirements to maximize engineering time and efforts.

Manage product backlogs while working with design, engineering, and QA teams.

Collaborate with product design on design and user experience refinement.

Be reliable, punctual, and take designated breaks.

Perform in all forms of communication.

Provide quality customer service internally and externally.

Learn the WebPT applications thoroughly.

Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Work well in difficult situations and navigate stressful scenarios.

Communicate the software development cycle confidently, accurately, and honestly.

Tie analytics data to business metrics to drive business outcomes and develop data-driven offerings.

Juggle multiple complex projects with strict deadlines simultaneously.

Learn the WebPT applications inside and out.

Be a master persuader. This role requires you to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Work well in difficult situations. Things can get pretty hectic around here, and you may need to navigate stressful situations with scheduling limitations and conflicts.

Be able to communicate the software development cycle confidently, accurately, and honestly.

Make stellar connections—and by that, we mean be able to tie analytics data to business metrics and vice versa to drive business outcomes and develop data-driven offerings.

Be able to juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously.

2 years of experience in a software and/or product role.

Bachelor’s degree or experience and/or exposure in an implementation, support, engineering, or product owner role.
