Responsibilities
Support leadership in ensuring the project is delivered to specifications, on time, and within budget.
Develop initiative strategies for provider capacity building.
Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents.
Track the status and due dates of projects.
Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects.
Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports.
Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects.
Create and maintain management plans and other deliverables.
Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.
Evaluate employee performance and recommend employees' needs and development opportunities to leadership.
Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Support IV&V project team in assessing risks and issues, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting reporting to federal funding partner agencies.
Support data collection and analysis for reporting.
Attend project meetings, interview project staff, and analyze project information.
Support the development of project deliverables and presentations.
Lead special projects or initiatives as directed.
Support meeting facilitation or conference calls.

Required
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function
Advanced degree preferred
Develop solutions to highly complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards requiring a high level of interpersonal and technical skills
Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories
Viewed as expert in field within the organization
Minimum of 3 years of related IV&V or independent quality assurance analysis
Experience on at least one previous project involving a health or human service benefit eligibility or delivery program
Knowledge of the Child Welfare Program or systems Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) or Statewide Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS)
Ability to interface with executive sponsors, IT resources, management teams, and stakeholders on a regular basis to interview and gather information and data to support analysis
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; experience may be substituted for education
Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Preferred
7 years or more of related experience
Experience with working with Child Welfare Programs
Experience with working with Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) or Statewide Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS)
