Responsibilities

Drive delivery of both current products and helps to define the future of software and firmware solutions supporting Windows Client PCs.

Define multi-year technology roadmaps spanning both software and hardware; own and manage the feature backlog including scenarios and feature health.

Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation throughout the team. Work with inside and outside Microsoft to develop solutions that work across multiple devices.

Lead development teams to create end-to-end customer experience goals, program plans, specifications, performance/quality metrics, production qualification plans, and conduct executive reviews.

Establish and manage effective working relationships with domestic and international partners.

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

OR equivalent experience.

1+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Experience using Azure DevOps products and services.

Experience working through a complete product cycle.
