Responsibilities

Support design of G&A Services future state vision, identification of IT Legal initiatives, and development of legal application roadmap mainly focused on the CLM process area

Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts

Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using relevant business applications

Work closely with PMO, Legal, and Procurement to define a company-wide CLM strategy

Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments, and implement process improvements

Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards

Provide general CLM application support as required

Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of CLM tools and technology

Required

Bachelor’s degree

9+ years of relevant professional experience

Solid understanding of CLM processes

SaaS industry experience

Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities

Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

Preferred

Deep knowledge of CLM applications

Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area

Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth company
