Responsibilities
Develop roadmap for completion of RCSAs in a 12-month period.
Collaborate across teams and other control partners to maximize capacity and effectiveness of the assigned deliverables.
Ensure risks assessments, audits, RCSAs, and other ERM deliverables are measured and reported to the Senior Leadership Team.
Lead projects of process improvements with cross-functional teams
Self-starter and ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable of Reg E, UDAAP, GDPR, SOC1 & SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, and other laws, rules, or regulations.
Act as an independent party to provide objective opinions on control testing results and risk ratings.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5yrs experience in a management role.
Minimum of 7yrs in the Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit functions preferred.
Proven experience working in a matrixed organization, leading cross functional projects.
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and being a proactive learner.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to travel up-to 25%
