Responsibilities

Defines the scope and schedule of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Manages risks by identifying and assessing hazards, and proactively implements controls.

Creates and executes detailed project plans, schedules, and communicates progress to stakeholders.

Develops forms and records to document project activities and ensures project information is appropriately secured.

Interacts with clients professionally, reviews work quality, evaluates project outcomes, and manages program scope.

Escalates issues, controls schedule, cost, and scope creep, and performs other duties as required.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or other related field) required.

Knowledge of project management is required.

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple, simultaneous projects and priorities.

Basic knowledge of marketing principles and an interest in supporting business development initiatives along with strong customer orientation.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail is required. Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical people is required.

Commitment to work with a hands-on approach in a team atmosphere is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar required.

Cost account management experience.

Preferred

Three to five years of relevant and related work experience required.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

Experience with new product development preferred.

Experience with associated military and aerospace specifications a plus.

Experience with magnetics and power supply products a plus.
