Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, test automation engineers, UX designers, and scrum masters to continuously improve functionality enhancing customer experience.
Participate in roadmap and planning sessions, backlog refinement, product demos, and other agile ceremonies to understand Promotions, Loyalty, and Personalization platforms.
Develop modular frontend web and mobile applications and update shared component libraries.
Write performant, maintainable, and testable code and mentor junior developers.
Translate functional requirements into responsive components and pages with a mobile-first mentality.
Champion accessibility best practices and monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Learn new technologies, provide solutions, and work in complex cross-team initiatives.
Have fun in a close-knit team environment.

Required
4-5+ years as an experienced developer working with established production environments.
4+ years of experience of React or React Native, especially function components capitalizing on hooks.
4+ years of production software development using Javascript ES6, HTML 5, CSS 3.
1+ years of experience with statically typed language (Go, C, C++, Rust, etc).
Familiarity with serverside rendering (SSR), asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with manual and automation testing for mobile application using various testing methodologies and tools.
Experience evaluating additional test cases for inclusion in regression and automation and developing tools to optimize test duration and quality.
Solid coding practices including regular code reviews, documentation, and version control.
Passion for keeping up to speed with the latest software tools and methodologies.
Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills that bring discipline and analytical thinking to user stories, requirements, and user flows.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred
Preference for agile development and familiarity with its tools like Jira.
