Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements

Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, system integrations and tools

Support product management in data analysis and dashboard creation

Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategies

Stay up-to-date with tooling best practices and updates to ensure the efficient use of tools and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in Aha!, Tableau and MS Suite (Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint)

Experience with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of SaaS metrics and KPIs
