Responsibilities
Serving as central point of contact for new projects and property marketing requests
Managing the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics
Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Organizing and executing broker engagement events
Tracking digital results and managing reporting cadence
Working with marketers, business partners, and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
Assisting with tracking marketing plans and budgets
Developing creative briefs to engage with creative team and partners
Supporting the development of cross-channel strategy/planning for clients
Overseeing photography, videography, and other vendor coordination as needed
Ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with best practices
Developing and coordinating email campaigns through the digital marketing team
Building and maintaining internal stakeholder, external vendor, and client relationships
Presenting marketing strategies and recommendations to clients
Updating contact/distribution lists regularly
Maintaining a portfolio of marketing deliverables and sharing best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams
Ideating, planning, and executing broker open houses, including management of outside vendors
Offering support with special projects as needed

Required
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or business development role - a fast-paced work environment preferred
Adaptability - maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Comfortable and confident taking charge of a project or situation in order to meet business/client goals
Team oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done
Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently
Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely
Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Adobe InDesign proficiency required
