Responsibilities

Proactively work with business stakeholders and internal business technology teams to deliver scalable solutions

Design, document, and implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ

Analyze business processes and related systems to identify areas for improvement

Manage standard Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ objects and records (Quote Templates, Quote Terms, Contracts, Orders, Subscriptions, Opportunities, etc.)

Identify opportunities to optimize the use of Salesforce CPQ, including Advanced Approvals

Partner closely with our GTM Operations teams to simplify the reporting of ACV and customer entitlements

Develop and maintain documentation for presentation and enablement

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ configuration

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience

Must have attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Preferred

Familiarity with third-party Salesforce Packages (Vivun, 6Sense, Certinia, Clari, LeanData)
